LICENCE FOR CABLE RETRANSMISSION
ADPFR was appointed collector for the remunerations due to producers of phonograms derived from cable retransmission by Decision of the Director of ORDA no 102/ 9 March 2011.
ADPFR collects the remunerations derived from cable retransmission of phonograms from 9 March 2011, and the user should apply for licensing before the beginning of cable retransmission.
The Methodology has been established by ORDA Decision no. 327/2010 published in Official Journal no. 861/ 22 December 2010. Users are natural or legal persons that carry out retransmission activities through cable or satellite, digital system included.
